No. The Free and Pay as you grow tiers are both one-off, charged per trip, not per month. Organisation plans are the exception — a single annual payment covering every trip under them.
You're charged based on your traveller count at the time you activate. If your numbers grow significantly afterward, get in touch — we'll never surprise you with a retroactive charge.
No. TripCaptain records the payments your travellers make to you directly — we don't process, hold or take a percentage of trip funds.
